  • Market research in identifying profitable products which can be manufactured by outsourcing.
  • Source factories and vendors in China, submit drawings and review quotes and production schedules. Function as intermediary between client and manufacturer.
  • Consult clients on manufacturer’s capabilities, quality standards, product specifications, project timing and objectives. Assist client in developing design, quality objectives and manufacturing standards. Design and implement quality control objectives.
  • Estimate production costs for purposes of outsourcing.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Oversee documentation.
  • Develop process improvement, cost-saving methods and design changes to cut production costs and obtain better pricing from outsourcing sources. Consulting clients on developing control systems for cost control and cost projections.
  • Develop production sequence to facilitate assembly and market delivery.
  • Estimate and track cost increases or decreases resulting from design changes.
  • Review factory and vendors in China for quality, volume capacity and production scheduling.
  • Outsource “white label” products to manufacture under client’s brand.
  • Re-engineer and improve products prior to outsourcing manufacture.
  • Improve products by working with customers and testers.
  • Provide CAD drawings and detailed CAD component models, assembly models and drawings for plastic casting equipment and injection molds and coordinate with manufacturers and clients’ procurement teams.
  • Conduct quality control testing.
  • Provide training to clients’ staff on quality standards, estimating issues and production timing and quality.
  • Conduct mechanical analysis, including tolerance, clash, Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Design quality control testing methods, develop and use statistical data to determine quality and establish quality standards.
  • Prepare and obtain UL Certificates and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Manage product packaging, including graphic design for mechanical systems and instructions.
  • Consult clients’ sales and production staff on productions issues, scheduling, outsourcing, specifications and sales processes.
Assist clients in creating and maintaining headline search ads and display ads for review and analysis of competitors’ products.
Assist clients in creating PPC campaigns and optimize marketing methods using PPC tools.
Create Google ad-words campaigns and analyze results through Google Analytics.
Analyze CTR of ads and work with designer teams on improving images and ads.
Implement promotions and coupon strategies.
Monitor Seller central inventory and sales history daily to determine replenishment needs.
Prepare and create shipments, shipment reconciliation, and monitor unreimbursed returns.
Provide training to client on customer service, advertising , case management, creating and updating listings, and setting up variations.
Track shipments to resolve delivery issues.
